About Opera Spanga

Since 1989, Opera Spanga produces high quality opera and operafilm, in a unique way, in the Frisian village called Spanga. The company is known for its unconventional approach to classic repertoire, and its high artistic merits. The productions take place in the middle of beautiful nature, in a huge tent that is opened up, so the audience is immerged in both the opera and the natural environment.

For this summer’s production of Otello (Verdi), Opera Spanga is looking for a:

 Kitchen Assistant.


The kitchen assistant supports the cook in preparing one hot meal for cast & crew each day, and setting up breakfast and lunch as well. Some experience comes in handy. The kitchen prepares food for 20-40 people daily.
 We look for someone that likes to be busy and working AND living outdoors.
