In the series Jonge Nederlanders, Dutch-Iranian soprano Lilian Farahani and Dutch-Indonesian Maurice Lammerts van Bueren present a dramatic song recital about strong women, directed by Corina van Eijk with animations by Joske Commandeur. Lilian and Maurice will perform Jake Heggie's Eve Song and works by Richard Strauss, Ravel and Piazzolla in the beautiful small hall of the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam.
