De Bautista has been working at Opera Spanga since 2023 as location manager and head of technology. In his native Argentina he obtained a bachelor's degree in Educational Organization and Management and served for several years as Educational Director for Technical Institute (Altas Cimas Ltda.). After years of working in secondary (Member of the management team for the technical high school level) and elementary education.

Before entering education, he studied Industrial Engineering at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and before that again Electronics Technician at the Technical School. In addition to his work in education and education management, he worked at National Delegate of the Salesian Youth Movement (MJS); he was Coordinator of the Sanitary Post for the Luján Pilgrimage; Part of the organizing team, managing logistics, healthcare, and general activities; for many years he was Youth Easter Coordinator for MJS: Designed spiritual programs for young people during Easter Week and he was Coordinator of Salesian Exploratory Movement No. 15.
